On 1 January 2011 xPLM Solution GmbH announced the acquisition of cae consulting GmbH. xPLM Solution with headquarters in Dresden, Germany, specializes in providing integration solutions and deployment services to the PLM industry. The team has more than 25 years’ experience in the area of integration development and is at the forefront of the development and deployment of robust, multi-functional CAD, PLM and ERP integrations. This merger expands xPLM Solution’s already robust suite of Mechanical Computer Aided Design (MCAD), Digital Mockup and MS-Office application integrations to PLM and ERP solutions, with industry leading Electrical and Electronic CAD (ECAD) and software development applications.
